Learners will need to know vocabulary for sicknesses, body parts, and symptoms and how to put the words in an understandable order.

Learners will need to know how to use stress and intonation to express the extent and seriousness of their symptoms.

Learners will need to know how to answer the pharmacist’s questions appropriately.

Learners will need to know how to express the seriousness of their symptoms while remaining calm and respectful.

Learners will need to speak clearly and evenly to aid understanding of the situation and symptoms.
